  • Gender Equality Forum 2020:  UN Women and the governments of France and Mexico hosted a Gender Equality Forum at the 25th anniversary of the Beijing Platform for action.  This Forum took place both in person (Mexico City, Paris) and virtually.
      • Women Radically Transforming a World in Crisis: A framework for Beijing+25 shaped at a strategy meeting of feminist activists Mexico City, 22-24 August 2019. 29 September 2019
      • WIMN worked with a coalition of feminist groups doing advocacy in different UN Spaces to organize a virtual parallel event focused on feminist UN advocacy: Feminists Want System Change: Feminist Coalitions at the UN.  This informal coalition, hosted by the Women’s Major Group, continues to connect on areas of interest.
